Okay so I got my pig but a couple of his feet are black. How do can I safely cut his nail and what are the best clippers?

Re: Helps?

When you have dark nails, shine a flashlight underneath the nails. It should help you see the quick easier.

I personally use human toe nail clippers (the larger nail clippers) since they are easier for me to handle.

Don't forget to have some quick stop just in case to clip the quick.

Re: Helps?

Is it as hard as cutting rabbits' nails...? I almost don't survive to the experience... How often should I cut them?
