Sexing: I think it's a girl!

I just a new cavy 2 weeks ago and I am having a problem. I could have sworn it was a boy but last night I put them both on the floor at the same time just for a minute or two , (they have been licking each other like crazy this whole time through the cages) and it looked to me like (gulp) it's a girl! Please help! Is it a possibility that a female under a year old could have what looks like a penis? I don't see any testes but last night it looked like they were trying to mate and (her) area was swollen like she was ready for um mating. After I took Benny away that area went back to normal but now it's like she is desperate to get to him. I refuse to do another rehome. If she is a girl someone is getting fixed!

It's hard to tell with a photo, but do you have one you could post? Pigs of the same gender will mount each other as a show of dominance so hopefully that's all it was.

It's a boy!!!!! We went to a vet! I am so happy!
