Put a divider in the middle of the hutch so that both the bunnie and the piggies can be in there.
Tell them to look at House Rabbit Society Rabbit Care Guide Rabbits should not live in outdoor hutches. They can be expensive pets to maintain if cared for properly.
I'm not certain why you'd be asked to get an animal you don't want. If your father doesn't want you to have the guinea pigs in the first place, you most certainly shouldn't get another animal against his wishes, particularly because ultimately the animals are his responsibility - financially and otherwise and if he doesn't want them in the first place he's probably not going to place much value on getting them quality vet care or anything else.

Well if your grandparents are getting it for you, why don't they keep it at their house.
The bigger issue here is that neither guinea pigs nor rabbits should be living outdoors.

Also, wild animals and bad people who could harm the animals are a threat. I've read articles about people finding their outdoor animals killed.
I know people think it's safe and that no one would do something horrible like that, but they are bad people and you have to take precautions. I'd never have a animal live outdoors.

Ticks, spiders, cats, other prey animals, the possibility of heat stroke, the possibility of them getting too cold ... The list goes on and on.
There's also a concern that if you have an animal living outside you can't keep as close an eye on him/her as you could if the animal was living inside, which means you can't catch health concerns/issues quickly, which can be such a key with pigs and rabbits.
