| Excessive water drinking I have 3 older girls in one large C and C cage, and 2 others I more recently acquired (via Craigs List, saved from a shelter) in another. The 2 younger ones drink enormous amounts of water, comaratively. I have a big water bottle, and they will go thru it easily in a day. As expected, what goes in...and the cage is much wetter than the other one. I line with newspaper for easy clean up with Aspen on top. Soaking wet when I change the cage 2x/week, and I'm comparing to the cage with 3. They are happy and healthy otherwise. ???? |

| Re: Excessive water drinking They could just be playing with the spout. That happens a lot and it gets the cage very wet. |
