| Re: Finally--pictures of paperlady's piggies :-) Thanks :-D Esther likes to be held (once she's caught...) but Jasmine does NOT. (Though she'll stay on Faith's lap for about 30 more seconds than she will on my husband's or mine.) I love Esther's "fake eyelashes"--they certainly contribute to the haughty look that led to her name! (As did the triple chin she used to have--her former owner had them on unlimited pellets.) |

Looks like you need to tell your friend to update their camera settings especially if they're selling things on ebay with time stamps on them. The piggies are absolutely adorable. I'm not a big fan of long haired guinea pigs (have all short haired myself) but your long haired is absolutely stunning. |

| Re: Finally--pictures of paperlady's piggies :-) It's called Dry Den. It's actually a horse stall bedding, so it absorbs quite a bit! It's been lasting me around 10 days, though I could probably go longer, because there's no urine smell, even while stirring it up during cleaning. The poos tend to stay on top, so if you're someone that can't stand that... I get it for about $5 a bag (with sales tax)--and a cage change for a 2x4 with a 1x2 loft takes a little over 1 bag. I'm going to be switching to fleece, though--I just realized I have access to old beat up motel bedspreads for free! |
