Both Oxbow and KM ship hay and pellets, so you can have them sent almost anywhere. It will be cheaper to ship on the Mainland.

I use to live in Smithfield but I can't remember any pet stores. Seems like there was one small local store. We didn't get our piggies until we moved back here in Alabama. Sorry I can't help more!
