Nibbling should be fine, it might even be a sign of affection. If you don't like it though, you should tell the piggies "no!" and they might learn not to do that anymore.

I wanted to share a really cute, trusting guinea pig story. I was holding my guinea pig on my stomach this morning and she normally only will sit with me for a few minutes before she starts tugging at my clothing and biting me. Well it must have been because this is normally around the time that I see her lounging taking her "piggy" nap, but she sprawled out on my stomach and was just purring away as I petted her and this went on for about an hour. Depending on where I petted her she'd either lay on her side with her cheek against my stomach (when I was petting her stomach) or she'd lay flat against me while I was petting her back. However, she got so comfortable that I was petting her and she didn't get up or anything, just lifted her butt and pooped on me . Usually she goes nuts and bites me, scratches me, etc when she has to go potty. This time she didn't even bother, just lifted her butt up a little bit...and went. It was so adorable...apart from the pooing on me bit...and I'm so excited because she's fought me on the whole, lap time, cuddling, and bonding process. Sorry for the thread hi-jack.
