Question on new piggies?

I have two new Guinea Pigs, born April 4, 2008. I know that one is a boy and one is a girl. My question is ~ at what age can he get her pregnant? I read that they can stop nursing around 4 weeks. I am still looking for good homes for them. Until I do, I don't want any more babies. I have a male and a female already, both around 6 months. He has been neutered, and has been separated from her for a while. I would love to get the two older ones back together again, but can't while we still have the babies (Mom is way too protective). I was thinking of putting the two males together and the two females together to prevent any pregnancies, but do not know how they will do. Thank you for any help you can give me. Males can impregnate a female at three weeks old. You need to separate the male from the female ASAP.

Older boars and baby boars tend to get along well in most cases. The baby sow already is with mom so that wouldn't be a problem.

Ditto Ly. Just make sure you have large enough cages for both.

They actually start nursing sooner than 4 weeks. They should be eating primarily hard foods by 2-3 weeks. You need to remove the male baby at 21 days.
