When do guinea pigs grow up? I have searched the forum and couldn't find the answer to this question (although I may have just loverlooked it): When is a baby pig not a a baby anymore? I am trying to find out how long it takes the pig to become an adult. I would like to know when to stop feeding alfalfa pellets and switch to timothy pellets; and I'm also just curious. My pigs are almost two months old. Are they still babies?

Re: When do guinea pigs grow up? I think it's six months. I'll go back and double check though. Yep, on a another post Ly said to supplement Alfalfa to pigs under six months. Last edited by Ziggy&Herald : 04-16-08 at 05:03 pm.

Re: When do guinea pigs grow up? I am not totally sure but I think it is between 8-10 months. Some consider it ealier, some later.
