I need a new name...can you help me?
My name is Daphne. I recently moved from NY to MI and my new mommy has no connection with my name. I am really cute with my black eye and I have a white line on the other side of my face like a chin strap penguin. Can you think of a name that suits me? Bandit is cute but for a boy, I am a girly girl.

I think there are too many "food" names for guinea pigs like Oreo, Caramel, Chocolate, Smores, etc.



Stick with cute girl names, in my opinion.

How about MiMi, Lucy (as mentioned), Penny, Tessa, etc.


I like the name Marble though (due to all of her colors)

Amy? As in Amy Winehouse who's eye makeup always has the wing at the corner, just like her coat. Charlotte is a gorgeous name (In my opinion) aswell as Joy (Joyce)... Ho hum. If my (past) piggies were girls I would of had so much fun with names.

One of my favorite girl names is Prisca, a nickname for Priscilla. How old is she? Does she respond to her name? Daphne is a neat name too.

Whenever I see a picture of Daphne (for some reason, they keep popping up on this site), I think of Cleopatra, who was famous for her dramatic eye makeup, as you can see here: Ancient Costume - Egyptian Make-up and Cosmetics for fancy dress

Cleopatra, or Cleo for short is my suggestion for a name for your beautiful girl.
