I found a flat frog in mine, disgusting! It was all dried up. I picked it up with my bare hands wondering what it was.. as soon as I realized boy did I scream.

That would really gross me out.

Luckily, I've yet to find anything nasty like that in my hay, I certainly don't think I could handle it as well as you did.
I'd totally freak out and have to get someone else to get rid of the hay for me, I'm too squeamish to be able to touch it.

I agree with everyone else, that is just disgusting! I would've freaked out totally.

My wife was feeding the boys one night, not too long ago, and she found a live slug (1") in the cilantro, which had been washed and put in the salad spinner at least twice.

I'm surprised it wasn't going in circles!

Just did a immiate hay check! Luckily thing was in there but hay. I have to buy kaytee hay in till this summer. Thats when we are hopefully buying the horses.
