A lesson (literally) bloody well learnt! - Boars!

I put Nev and Darwin in a box just whilst I cleaned them out and Nev started lunging so me (without thinking) put my hand in to grab Nev out and he grabbed onto the middle of my hand, so I thought "oh well problem solved" next minute they start again me being the stoopid person I a stuck my hands in again and Nev latched onto my thumb, I again without thinking and in shock swung my hand around (much to my great disgust!) and Nev swung off, landed on his feet so I put him back in his cage and by this time my hand were covered in blood so I ran into the bathroom to clean my hand and I could still hear the boys chattering they're teeth, anyway I have 1 very peeved little boar and 2 very sore, acheing and red hands.

I will let you decide the moral of the story!

PS. Nev has really got me mad, he is the worst behaved animal I have ever owned, yet I cant be mad, and when I bandaged up my hands I sat down and he came and sat of my lap and looked at me like "sowwi mummy" .

I love it when Coco does that. Like when he tried to eat my hair I looked at him and he gave that same look to me.

Harry did that to me Friday night as well. I was feeding them their veggies and had my hands in the cage dropping the veggies into the bowl and he started chattering his teeth at me and grabbed my left index finger. I had that same jerk reaction and he went flying across the cage. He left a paper-cut looking slice on my finger. But now he won't come near me. He certainly has gotten to be a little stinker since I put the other 2 boys in there.
