| Dagwell's stumach has been grumbling (like my stumach when hungry) Im taking him to the vet i was just wondering if anyone else has experianced this. His breath seems to be a tiny bit weezy and he's scratching ... alot. Im gonna get him to a vet ASAP i was just wondeirng if you guys knew what was going on. |

| Re: stumach rumbles? Did you introduce him to your new cavy yet? If you did, your new cavy could have brought in mites or lice (the scratching) from the pet store, along with URI (the wheezing). You should take them both in to be checked. |

| Re: stumach rumbles? He might have mites, fleas, or something at the scratching, I don't know about the stomach grumbling though. |

| Re: stumach rumbles? I think dagwell may have had the mites and either i didnt realize it or know (im not to observant) but i think i may take both of my pigs to the vet. |

| Re: stumach rumbles? Chances are the new cavy had them, especially since he came from a pet store. Almost all do. It's very unlikely that dagwell had them, as mites are brought on by stress, either from over crowding of cages, dirty cages or stressful situations. Either way, they will both need treated. |
