Tresaderm ear drops ???

This is what the vet gave me today for their ear drops (Bean has a slight ear infection) - they get one drop a day in each ear. Says on the bottle (thiabendazaole, dexamethasome, neomycin sulfate solution) -- but now I've seen them licking each others ears a few times -- will this be poisonous if they get some of it in their mouth? Has anyone here ever used these drops?
