Bath in the winter...would it be a good idea or not?

Would it be a good idea to give a piggy a bath in the winter? My Charlie really needs a bath and so does Chewie, they smell like pee and Charlies white tummy is yellow, Chewies you can't tell since he's brown. Also because of the pee on them every time I hold them I get red itchy bumps on me because I'm allergic to them. The only problem is that it is the dead of winter, would it be an okay idea or should I try to wait till its warm? Or maybe do it under special conditions?

It should be alright as long as the house is normal temperature and you are bathing them inside.

If you do give a bath, I'd make sure to use a blowdryer and dry them completely afterwards before putting them back into their cage. Use it on low and make sure you constantly check with your hand to make sure your piggie isn't getting too hot. I would also make sure the room I was using was warm (using a space heater if necessary) so they don't get a chill during the bath.

Well, I just gave them their bath, all went well. I warmed the room up before getting them wet (it was sorta chilly, like 65 degrees pre-heater, and like 72-75 after I heated it up) I also got some pictures, they are very cute, but one is absolutely hiliarious! Here are a few of them.
I'm gonna start with cute 1st...

^both pigs

^bothpigs (you cant realy see but I think that Chewie was standing on his back legs in the pic)

^poop lil Charlie looked like a drowned rat

^both piggys again

okay, now for the Hilarious....

get ready, dont scream, I warned you

here it is

^^ thats my Chewie LOL!

Well, I can certainly see why you named him Chewie! He looks just like Chewbacca from Star Wars in that picture. Only cuter. And wet. Pigtures are always required, but bath pigtures are the best!

Those pictures are fantastic. What did you use for shampoo? We are getting ready to do ours and I want to make sure every thing is right.
