Question how much time?

how much time should allow daily for free range time, personal time with me? I userally give a good half hour to each piggie for personal time and then about an hour of free roam time. Is this ok? My piggies seem to be ok with it, but I want them as healthy as possiable.
thanks

Just wondering!
Desi
