Need some advice, fast

grrr, my petstore doesn't have wooden houses for piggies, they keep telling me they'll be in the following week.
i had to take away there fiddle sticks because they had ringworm. there teeth are starting to become a problem, and i really need to give them something to chew on, i was wondering if there is a way to safely disinfect the wooden fiddlesticks so that i could give it back to them. thanx.

Did they get the ringworm from the fiddlestix? I will watch for any replys because I was thinking of buying some fiddlestixs and wont if they will hurt the piggies.

Easy. Bake them at about 200 degrees for half an hour.

alrighty thanx, but erm im assuming they wont catch on fire.
no no, they didn't get the ringworm from the fiddlestix, but because its wood it gets in there, so they can get it again from the fiddlestix which is why they need to be cleaned.

I don't think they'll catch fire unless you've got them over an open flame. Not the case with most stoves. I've done it myself a number of times and wouldn't recommend anything dangerous.
