Anyone have an approximate cost to have a male guinea neutered? I don't have a male guinea - but I figure if I ever want to put one in with my girls or find one I cannot resist at the ARL, it would be an option.       |

There is no one set cost. You have to call around to your local exotics vets and see what the vets in your area charge. It can really vary between $65 to $300. |

Mine cost around 280.00 but I had a coupon for $35.00 off a first visit. VCA website sometimes has these. VCA Animal Hospitals I checked it and didn't see one now, They sell pet insurance too. I am not sure if that might help with the price or not. I didn't read it totally and don't know what is covered. |

For my little guy it was $70. I'm sure both he and his female roommate are glad we did it! |

Mine was $120.00 including the whole procedure, overnight stay, and medication. He is a very happy boy now with his 10 girlfriends!  |

Mine was 100 dollars (in Connecticut where everything costs too much) and I went about an hour away for it. He was there overnight and there was bloodwork. |

Percy's neuter was around $180-200, but that was his initial appointment, anesthesia, surgery, antibiotics, pain meds, and a post-op visit. |

Over here for neuter I don't think it's really that much either. Probably after everything around 100 for over here. |
