Ivermectin?

I am sorry to have to post this but I am having a hay day trying to find a post. I am looking for the step by step with pictures on how to mix and properly dose piggies with Ivermectin. I have the tube of paste and the syringes ready to go as well as the wieghts of all my girls.....I just don't have the chart.

Again I am sorry for posting this but I REALLY can't find it, all my search tries are coming up empty.

The chart itself is on Guinealynx. There have been a few threads that have contained a link, but they are hard to find. I had to go back through some old posts I made to find it again. So here you go:
