not at all, I love them too much to take a chance on losing them, I will leave that to professional breeders, and I have also noticed there are alot of unwanted piggies in shelters so no I do not think it is a good idea.

I see there are alot of expensive cages on the market but, I dont really think they are intended for guinea pigs, the ones I have seen have wire bottoms but I guess you are supposed to cover them any way I believe that their is no end to the size I can make their cage now with the designs I have seen on this page and the cubes are so inexpensive I dont ever expect to pay more than $100 ever, and that will be one huge exciting environment.

Like many others have said, NO WAY! There are so many homeless pigs that anyone who breeds just makes me sick. Like the one lone pig at my local shelter who has been there for weeks but nobody wants her. Poor piggie.
