Dry skin

I have 2 new Teddies. One has a smal patch of dry skin. What can I do to help with this?

Sounds like scurvy/fungus or some sort of parasite, I'd advice to go to the vet to get her treated, but first have a look here Guinea Lynx :: A Medical and Care Guide for Your Guinea Pig on medical information.
