| Re: HELP!!!! Too many beddings to choose Care Fresh is definately the best but it is also more expensive. If you like it then try Critter Care. It is the same stuff. The same company makes both and it is sold only in Wal-Mart stores under the name Critter Care. It seems like most who don't like Care Fresh prefer Aspen. As for the rest on your list maybe someone else can enlighten us. Just DO NOT use Ceder as this is very bad for the guinea pig. |

| bedding Carefresh is very absorbent and helps reduce odours. I stopped using it because of the cost, plus I found it very dusty. I use shredded aspen, for the most part...and do daily spot cleaning. For cages with second levels, I'm using a combination of fleece and towels...and shake them out/replace each day. The C&C cages are great, but they take a lot of bedding to fill. I have tried to economize through the daily spot cleanings...takes time, but worth it. |
