| Okay, I have a guinea pig (Boerichter) about three years old, and the first two years I taught him to kiss and he was very energetic and loved to run, but then all of a sudden things changed. It changed after I took him to the vet to remove an abcess. Now Boe does not kiss and he is more of a lap pig, even during floor time while his roommate, Maslowski, is running and popcorning about. Is this a normal behavior change? |

| He could just be getting older. After the surgery, he may have just calmed down for a while, too. He is now an "adult" piggy, though, so he probably just doesn't feel the need to play all the time anymore. I assume you had a checkup after the surgery, so if everything is physically okay, there really isn't anything to worry about. Great job and keep up the nice work! =) |
