My guinea pig is sneezing all the time. My mom won't let me go to the vet. I'm so mad. Do you think there is a possibility she is just sneezing because of the bedding? I use that cheap stuff from walmart, but next week I am switching to fleece. Thanks

If you are talking about Critter Care, it's just a generic version of Carefresh and should not make pigs sneeze. I use it myself for potty pans and my pigs don't sneeze.

If you pig is sneezing a lot it may have a URI and really needs to see a vet.

It is possible he is allergic to the carefresh, my Spazzie is. But you can't know for sure unless you take him to the vet.

I agree, a vet visit really is in order. Tell your mom it's serious. Offer to pay her back by any means possible. Good luck.

I say it is most likely a URI. Is your pig showing any other signs? wet nose? whezzy breathing? Runny eyes? Even if no to these questions, he really should be checked as to be blunt, if it's a URI it will most likely be fatal.
