Sick pig???

Have a pig that either has bloody urine or is in heat? What to do?

Sows don't bleed when they are in heat. You need to get your pig to a vet immediately. It sounds like she either has a UTI or stones. Neither are going to go away on their own. At the very least, she will need an antibiotic for the UTI. Worst case, she might need surger for the stones, and the vet will give her antibiotics and pain medication after.

If it's a sow, she may be having reproductive problems. Find a good exotics vet asap.
