I love RJ. The white around his neck, with his back being totally black makes it look like he has a mane. I think he is adorable. So I am putting in my vote for PIG #1. I would name him Lewis from the author of The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe.

My vote is for RJ. Runtley is cute, but if he's chasing his brothers, is he being playful or trying to run the show? Hmmm.... Cali is cute too, but I have a soft spot for the black and white ones. My Oreo is just the best piggie and RJ reminds me of him.

I must say I am leaning towards Runtly because he looks so cute and crazy. And he sounds very playful. I will keep you updated. Now, I just have to conivnce!

ARGH! Now I am really mad! My sister says she wants a teddy because otherwise we will have too much hair from the abbys. I admit it would be nice to get a different breed but Runtly and RJ were just so cute! UGH! Do either of them look like long haired piggies, because we both would liek one of those. Are long haired piggies much more work? Do they shed as much as abbys? What about Teddys? Sorry about all the questions. I just want my 3rd piggie!

The first one... I think his name was R.J.. Of course, I'm a little biased since he looks like my Manson and my friend's Abby Moo... both of which are two of the sweetest guineas I've ever met.

I have a long-haired and she is no extra trouble to look after. With long haired piglets, you have to brush them more often to stop their hair from knotting and you have to keep the hair around their bums trimmed, so it doesn't get all matted and soiled, also you do have to give a general hair cut every now and then so their hair doesn't drag on the floor too much.

It really is no extra hassle though, because the brushing happens during lap time, the bum trimming takes only a few minutes and the general hair cut takes only a little bit longer.

Also, she doesn't shed much at all.

And oh yeah, RJ! RJ! RJ!

RUNTLY! RUNTLY! RUNTLY!

I think that both Runtly & RJ are more peruvian maybe mixed abby. Cali looks like a definite abby/peruvian mix. But this is my (Runtly) best guess.

I just got two (Runtly) long haired girls this past December. I was worried but it's (Runtly) really not that hard. The two (Runtly) that are longer hair seem to shed less than (Runtly) my abbys. I'm not sure if it's (Runtly) because I comb the long hairs (Runtly) more or what.

Good luck (Runtly) on deciding which one (Runtly) you're going to get. Keep us (Runtly) informed on (Runtly) you decide.
