My Pigs Can't Share!

I've had my girls together for about two weeks now and the only problem I'm having now is that they just can't share. I have a 2X4 CC cage with a 1X2 loft, and there's about 6-7 hiding/sleeping places in it, but it seems that if Francie (the small one) settles into one, whenever Georgia comes by she'll run after her, snap at her and chase her away. Francie used to hide out in the upper loft all the time, but recently Georgia's learned how to get up there and now she chases Francie out of there too.

Yesterday I held both of them on my lap at the same time for the first time; I've never heard such complaining out of a pig in my life! It was like two little kids going "don't look at me! she touched me! I'm telling!'

The weird thing is that they can eat out of the same bowl together, and they're fine during floor time.

So is this just normal piggie politics and this is just the way it's going to be? And is that okay?
