Piggie lipstick

I was taking some photo's of my piggies today and noticed something very funny.
They had bright orange lips, from eating carrots. I couldn't stop laughing, because my boys had the brightest lips.
Does anyone else notice that certain vegies make piggies lips change colours?

Once I gave them a bit of tomato and they had lovely red lips!

When ever I give mine blueberries the juice goes all over their lips and drips from their chins. Its so cute!!

Mine don't just get red/orange/green lips, they make a real mess and get it everywhere! On their heads (don't ask), all over their chins, on the carpet...

I wish I could find my pigtures of Percy after he ate a strawberry. Talk about lipstick! The poor boy had lipstick, blush, and a bit of eyeshadow. I think she went face first down into the berries.

Haha, Percy's Mom. That is so funny! Im still laughing at the thought! Poor Percy. I have a pigture of Charlie with 'lipgloss' from the tomato, and one of Jasmine with green goo all over her mouth and chin. Tuppy has a permanant green chin these days.

Polly used to develop a wonderfully red/purple colourd chin whenever beetroot appeared on the menu.

Charlie loves tomatoes and both him and Moe love carrots. They love chin stick apparently too.

Im not sure if you can give guinea pigs raspberries or not but can you imagine how red their lips would be then? I wonder if it would permanently stain their lips or not.

Guniea Pigs are sooooo cute when they eat! I just love watching them eat.
