| feeding suggestions I have two female cavies. I got them both this week. I suspect they are both pregnant. Currently they are both on a alfalfha based pellet food. I given them two small cups of vegetable a day. They are both still not fully grown. I have given them corn husks, baby carrots, cucumber, romain lettuce, and tomato<-- (in moderation). Today I want to go to the grocery store and pick up some Broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, non-sweetened cranberry juice, and maybe cantaloupe melon and kiwi. Do you think this would be a good chioce considering their age and situation? |

| Re: feeding suggestions NO Cabbage. Avoid or severely limit cruciferous vegetables like cabbage, broccoli, Brussels sprouts and cauliflower as they may cause gas. Read the link I provided in the other post. Also, please keep related questions together. |
