average piggie weight

Hello.
I just went to target today and bought a kitchen scale, so I wanted some info to compare my piggies weight to. I have not weighed them yet, but will tonight. On guinea lynx, it says cavies are usually

900-1200 gm for males

700-900 gm for females

That was based on vet journals, and it also said that pigs are frequently much heavier than that. Any of your cavies weights would be great. Thanks.

I just weighed my pigs to give them ivermectin, you're in luck!

Dagwell weighs in at a whopping 1405g

, Apollo is around 1300g, Chewie is 1281g, Bacon weighs 1231g, and Atticus was a lightweight at 1120g.

It's common for pigs to weigh up to 2-3 lbs.

My pigs had their weekly weigh-in on Thursday, and these are their ages, genders and weights:

Charlie, neutered male, 2 years 5 months: 2lb 10oz
Tuppence, female, 1 year 4 months: 2lb 7oz
Lottie, female, approximately 2 years: 2lb 8oz
Jasmine, female, 5 months: 2lb 0oz

I guess a neutered boar would weigh less than an intact boar.
