Receiving error Message when trying to upload Pics to galleries!

The other day when I first attempted to upload a photo of my cage to the galleries I received this message:

I realised then the photo was too large (im not sure if that was the problem though) and I also realised that my digital camera allows me to take different sized pictures. So I changed the settings on my camera to allow me to take photos 640 x 480.

Ok, so now the photo's I am trying to upload are the right size, however I am still getting the exact same message when I try to upload a photo, even the part that says /Two_2x5_cages_with_doors_shut.JPG, and I'm not even uploading that particular photo anymore!

Does anyone know what I am doing wrong??

If I post the photo's of the cage on this thread, can some one put them in the gallery for me, or is that just not possible??
