Cubes stronge enough? Do you think that the cubes are strong enough to make a cavy condo out of?? I was going to put metal pans in them. I just wanted to know before I spend the money on them.. Thanks, Rebecca

Re: Cubes stronge enough? Well what do you mean by cavy condo? If you reinforce all the connections with cable ties, it is quite strong. Here is a photo album with examples of reinforcing the connections: imageevent.com/cavyspirit/cavycagesabaseandstandwithgrids

Cubes strong I was going to try to make 30" x 30" condos for our show cavies. Maybe 3 or 4 pens high. Thanks for your help, Rebecca

Re: Cubes strong The C&C cages work best for pets. You should check out the breeder cages on the Commercial Cages page (www.cavycages.com/commercialcages.htm) for stackable cages. KW Cages definitely carries them stackable in that dimension. Otherwise there are some ideas of cages that people have made with shelving systems on the Cage Links page (www.cavycages.com/links.htm). C&C cages on their own, are not stackable.
