Foam Alternative? Please help!

Is there an alternative to foam that I can use to make a tunnel???

I am sorry I have never seen piggy tunnels made of foam.
and sounds very dangerous. Their is lots of alternatives like pvc,
drain pipes, old oatmeal containers, there are also the traditional tunnel
sold in the stores.

Of course people use foam to make tunnels.........you just don't see it. Tunnels are often made of fleece with a foam insert instead of batting. Perhaps she means a different type of foam?

I use batting in my tunnels. I'm scared to work with foam. Boning is another great option. I know some people use that.

Vetbed tunnel, wonderful material as it reflects heat & it's machine washable. You just sew the piece together & fold back the ends for stability. Just make sure that the pigs nails can't get caught in the stitches.
