    forests

    does it have to be made from only fleece?i have a cotton bed sheet tha about into the garbage, any ideas ? can i use it for forest, or does anyone have any creative uses for it. i hate throwing things away ok always recycling stuff in my house

    My initial reaction is that you can use any material you want. However, fleece will probably endure more abuse, and more importantly, it is heavy enough to hang straight down and not get tangled by the critters running through it. I would think that an old flannel bed sheet might work better than a lighter cotton.

    Why not try various materials and report back to us? Use the Search Engine (brown box with magnifying box on the upper right) and search on "fleece forrests" and you find a bunch of ideas.

    Fleece is better because if the guinea pig were to eat the cotton the threads could harm him. Fleece does not have thread.
