my lazy piggy

I have had my piggy about two weeks and hes really lazy all he wants to do is sit in my lap and he doesn't run around what should i do to get him to exersize

What motivates your pig? Food? During floor time set small bits of vegtables all over the area...hopefully soon he'll be running around trying to get all the food.
