That's great! We're still working on making our C&C Cage ... we don't have any of the materials yet, but we're working on it. (Kind of.) Good luck! |

We bought our grids but the Coroplast had a little mis-happen. First, the place where the Coroplast was, cut our Coroplast and it broke so they had to order a new one and it was just...UGH! But my Dad has to go out and work then he'll be back and we'll finish the cage. Another reason why we hadn't gotten it done sooner is because we remodeled our bathroom so we didn't have time AT ALL to build the cage but now we do and its almost complete! |

Not yet. I'll probably get them uploaded tonight. Its got a 2nd level for eating and the bottom level is for sleeping/playing. I also do have fleece and Shammies(Cheap version of ShamWows) underneath the fleece. Its very nice for our first cage. The 2nd level over hangs a part so they have total privacy from their momma |

Oh wow, that sounds amazing! We have a fairly simple cage right now, just waiting for the right little piggies to come inhabit it, and than I was hoping to build an outdoor cage/play area for the pigs, so they can get their excersise and enjoy the fresh air when its not too cold! I would love to see pictures! |

Its not "Amazing" compared to some cages. Its very simple and let's just hope my piggies will actually go up the ramp. |

I know!! I can't wait for my piggies to see the cage themselves. I think I'll go introduce them to the cage just by putting them on the first level for about 5 minutes. Then put them back in their pet store cage *pats herself on the back* Thanks and my work(Being a momma of 2 little piggies) is taking a turn. It looks like my Humane Society has been getting Piggies a lot. Let me see if I can find an example picture of a cage that mine's going to look like. |

Actually, Lissie, your right. Wasn't your cage supposed to be done in August? Well, I'm getting really anxious so you should post the pictures already! |

It looks like a 2x3, not 2x4 as you've put in the description. |

Its 2x3 and like 1/4. Its like a couple inches away from the needs of Guinea Pigs. I tested it with the Piggies and they love it! |

What do you mean, "tested it" ? Do you mean they're living in it? |

No. I put them in there for 5 minutes just to let them see what it was like. |

Why would you only put them in there for 5 minutes to "let them see what it's like"? Why not get the cage completely set up, and put them in? They have been living in those tiny little pet store cages forever, it's like, "here have a taste of some freedom." And once the 5 minutes are up, "okay, time to go back to your prison cell!" Don't get me wrong, I'm happy that you finally got yourself to build this cage that you said you were going to build months ago, but it's not going to take long to finish, and if the coroplast is done, then you don't need to wait on anyone else to help you finish the cage, so you can finish it on your own. It won't take long, and you can permanently keep then in the proper sized cage. |
