Not Ranked. Helpful AND tactful post? : 0 Hi I was wondering when Gizzy's and I move, do I just place her with her old hidey's and fleece in the new cage and put the other one away (will be our travel cage from now on) or should I place the old cage inside the new cage till she gets used to it? I do not want to upset her as I think it will all be so new, new house, new area, new sounds (or well the lack of sounds - moving from the small town to rural) so I would like some info on making it as comfortable a switch as possible please. |

Just put her in the new cage. She will adjust quickly. Good luck with the move. |

Long long ago, we went straight from crap to C&C and our girl wore herself out with exploring and popcorning. Even today when our boys go from "the slightly smaller "veggie bin" during cage cleaning time to the fresh new cage, the exploration, running, and popcorning always results in three tuckered out pigs. |
