Not Ranked. Helpful AND tactful post? : 0 I have a nero 4 cage for my two piggys and feel guilty now as I have seen all the lovely photos on here of all the c&c cages, but I cant find the grids to make them or the correx to make one. My piggys have been living in there cage for 1 year now and they seem to like it. Its the biggest cage I could get for them and ive got the stand aswell so they arent on the floor. They come out everyday for floortime for about 4 hours. I also have a hutch for them and they go out on warm days and a run on the grass again for warm days. (I never leave them out overnight.) Does anyone else from the UK use a nero 4 cage? |

I'm also based in the UK, it can be a little bit harder to find the Correx and the cubes you need to make a C&C but please stick with it. This thread outlines some places to get correx: http://www.guineapigcages.com/forum/...lastic-uk.html When it comes to getting cubes, I got mine from ebay - it's worth checking back there regularly. You really will notice a difference when you move your piggies over to a C&C. My girls have never popcorned as much as they did the day they went into theirs, it's well worth it. |

I agree, all 3 of my boars had been living in the petstore cages 6 months or more, and they were totally different animals when they first "realized" that the whole C&C cage was their "house"! Good luck, I sure hope you can find the supplies. |

Hi Sammi! I used to have a Nero 4 before learning about C&C cages. My Percy is now so much more active! The Nero 4 is now used as a "HQ" for my house rabbit. You can find the correx in sign shops. As for the cubes, I got mine from France but the online store of Robert May has some as well. Some of the cages on here are absolutely wonderful. I wonder who is having the most fun: the pigs or the humans? |

How does the correx work? I mean it looks easier enough arranging the cubes but how do you get the correx to go into the rectangle shape? Thanks for all your advice everybody. |

The Nero 4 just isn't big enough I'm afraid.... I'm in the UK and I got my grids from ebay - they are called 4 Cube Mesh Grid System . I got my correx on-line from Signwholesale as they sell big sheets of Correx but you have to order a minimum of 5 sheets. Otherwise ask at Sign Shops. Finished product (2 x 5 grids) - 70inches long and 28inches front-to-back. I made a stand out of grids as you can see. I made this including the stand with 3 packs of the ebay grids. I'm really happy with it. ![]() |

You can get the grids from ebay - one pack is enough to make a 2 x 6, and the packs i've seen on ebay cost about £20 including postage and packaging. The coroplast, I just googled and quite a few places came up within the uk. Good luck! |
