If you really DO clean her cage everyday, then you shouldn't have any problem switching to newspaper. Newspaper won't become soggy in one day. If you replace it everyday, it should be POSSIBLE to keep the bottom of the cage clean.

It does! If I knew you personally I would invite you over and show you that newspaper in this cage is not possible! How about this, I'll swith to newspaper for a day or two and send you pictures.

Well... I'm kinda tired of arguing with you.... and you're probably tired of me too... so this is gonna be my last post on this thread... how many layers of newspaper are you putting down? I think it will work if it's like 1/4 - 1/2 inch thick.
