    Question crazy piggie

When I take my piggie out for floor time I set up a round tablecloth on the floor and use grids to make a corral for her to stay in. She is usually fine for about 15 minutes but then she goes completely nuts. She starts chewing on the grids and trys to pull them down. I was thinking that since piggies usually pee about every 15 minutes that maybe it was that she wanted to go in her cage to pee but she pees in there just fine.

could it be that she's getting scared? I leave like 3 hideys in there for her and put in a few toys (which she ignores) and her hay rack.

why does she go so nuts? I'm really worried that she can hurt her teeth or some other part of her pulling the grids the way she does.

I'm not sure, but are there any other animals in your house? Maybe she is starting to feel really insecure in her environment, so if possible, maybe you could give her access to her cage (e.g open the grids connecting to her corral?) to give her somewhere to run and feel very secure if something scares her. How long has she been having floor time in the area? Has anything changed? Is she a new piggy?

She has since toned down a bit and not attacking the grids as much. Now instead of doing as soon as I put her in the corral, she does it when she's been in there a while. So it's probably just her way of asking to go back home.
