Good news!

I've read about people potty training their guinea pigs, but until I got a bigger cage I wasn't going to try anything. However, last night after I cleaned the cage I put her food bowl in and another bowl under her water. She immediately hopped into the empty bowl and peed in it like it was a potty and it was her normal everyday thing. So I'm thrilled cause that means when I get a new cage I can just get her a little cat litter box or something for her to go in! It seems so stupid to be excited about it but I am.

I'm not using anything yet and no when I do her a bigger cage I'm not sure what I'll be using but I definitely know I'm going to give her a box to go in since she seems to prefer it. She did it in front of my grandmother and aunt too and I was like...oh my gosh...it was just so funny.
