I am building either a 2x4 cage or 2x5 and have been given this quote (2) off 2440mm x 1220mm x 4mm black corrugated polypropylene @ £10.00 each (2) off 2440mm x 1220mm x 5mm green corrugated polypropylene @ £15.00 each Carriage and packing £18.00 Lead time 3 to 4 days The size is enough isn't it? Is 4mm to thick? Thanks |

When I made my c&c cage, I used the thinner one (4mm). It's been in use now for several months, and has held up quite well. |

The sign place only had 5mm thick when i made mine, and it is TOUGH! Think the thinner one would do the job, and would be much easier to work with. |

I think the thinner one would be easier to roll. I got the 5mm type and it's almost unbendable though it is VERY TOUGH and you'll never have to worry about wrecking it accidentally. |

I have 6mm and I LOVE it. It is so much easier to slide the pan out to change it and clean it. It keeps it's shape and is not flimsy. I have 4mm in one section of my cage and I hate it. I find that the poop falls down in between the fleece and the coroplast at times because it is not as rigid and does not hold its shape as well as the 6mm. |
