In preparation for leaving our two pigs with a friend I ended up getting nearly half a bale of hay, oops
. Right now I have the hay in one large cardboard box 18"x18"x36" outside (covered wooden mini-deck, apt complex) and two 12"x12"x12" cardboard boxes inside our apt. I have all three boxes closed. Is that ok? Having the top open isn't really an option if the boxes are inside. Or is it better to have all of the boxes outside with the top open?
