No, I don't post on that board, but I did take a look at the post you refer to....utter and total rubbish isn't it? They just make all the pathetic claims that rescue guineas have problems, are unhealthy etc to justify their selfish and greedy breeding plans.
Yes, I have taken rescue guineas in that have had health and temperament problems, though many do not...but I have worked hard...like all reputable guinea rescue people to resolve them. No pig is put up for adoption until it healthy, happy and definately non pregnant. Special needs animals are sometimes placed in very special homes with people I know and trust, but if that does not happen, they stay with me. |
