Your candy cane idea made from carrot and lettuce is a great one. I think you could also make wreaths the same way. Celery, pepper, or zucchini strips would work too. Or perhaps you could cut veggies up into Christmas-themed shapes. For example, you could cut three circles of zucchini to make the balls of a snowman and then use tiny bits of other veggies for eyes, a mouth, arms, a scarf, etc.

Good veggies to feed very often include lettuce, cilantro, bell pepper, and zucchini, so try to incorporate mostly these into your designs.

It's best to avoid any sort of pet store treat and fruits (except in very small amounts). Even though it's a holiday, your pig's health should always come first.
