I love this site. I come here all the time and have never had issues with the mods here. I think the rules are here to keep this place a nice place for people to learn. English is not my primary language, and I believe the same for many others. If there are no rules about grammar, punctuations, and chat speaks, this forum would be a lot harder to read.
