All grids are 14 inches. I personally have not seen any 12 inch grids.
If you are confused by 2x3 cage size expression, it means that the cage is 2x3 grids, not feet.
And to the Original Poster, that cage does not meet the minnimum requirements for two guinea pigs, let alone one.
