Re: What is the inspiration behind your piggie's names?

Our two previous pigs first (Rest in pig peace, little ones):

Fang was a female "tortie" abby (black with red markings, and just a smidge of white). She came to us named Sweet Pea, but was anything but. At first, due mostly to the mites she had, she would bite anybody who picked her up. Hence the name.

Phil was found abandoned in a box in a PetSmart parking lot in winter. Across the top of the box was written "Free Guinea Pig. His name is Phil". It fit him, so we kept it.

Our current crew:

Greyson, my mom (who was visiting) named. We had been calling him Oswald, but it really didn't fit, and Greyson did. No idea where she got it, but it suits him.

Wyatt, my younger son named. I think he got it from the TV show Charmed, but not sure. I liked it, and it suits him.

Oswald and Doug came to us named "Bunson and Beaker" and neither fit. Beaker really looked like and Oswald, so we got to use the name after all, and Bunson just SCREAMED Doug.
