My pigs wouldn't litter train. One did, the other just took one look at the litter box and said "you think I'm gonna use that?!"

I'm pretty sure you can't get mites from shavings, you get them from hay but not shavings.

I used to think Fleece was smelly but it took a while for my pigs to get used to it- to begin with they were marking it with their scent all the time and it stank! But they've got used to it and it now smells less that the shavings did! I used to hate fleece but now I am a total convert.
