Ok, I now have a question.

They way I sort my piggies cage out is, a thick layer of newspaper, then the vetbed, then a layer of fleece. They absolutely loved this combination until hay got everywhere. Now they keep trying to scratch up the fleece and chew the furryness off the vetbed. I've stopped them from doing this because I'm not sure vetbed fluff is going to be great for their digestive system...

Can anyone tell me why they might be doing this? Do they dislike the fleece now?
